A little info about our guild: When H O T was founded 23.06.2009, we didnt have much ambitions at all. We just wanted a guild to call "home", and see where it went from there. Yet two days later we did our first Naxx 10 run as a guild. Most of the members are from a guild called Red Fury, a small guild full of close friends. We put attitude, enthusiasm and personality above gear and experience. We take pride in having a good athmosphere in the guild and would like to keep it that way. We put personality and attitude over gear and achievements. We do however expect our members to do their best when they are invited to raids. This includes comming prepared and knowing the tactics.
We dont have any raidattendance requirements, which opens for people that have a real life to tend to for shorter og longer periodes of time. We however expect people that are eager to show up when we do farm-content, to also help out when the guild is trying new encounters. If you have signed up for a raid, we expect you to be there. If you can not please change your signup or post a message on the forums.
Invites start at 19.30, and we aim to be ready at the raidinstance at 20.00 at the latest. By 19.45 we will start looking for replacemnts for those still missing. If you log on after we have found a replacement for you, you won't get your spot back.

Lost? : People that has been offline for very long or that has told us they wont be back for a long time.
Testbunny: Trial rank. Newly invited people stay this rank till they have showed us they are a positive addition to the guild, either raidwise or in other ways.
Naughty girl: This is a rank for anyone who has always dreamt about beeing a naughty girl, or that we decided suits the rank
Tealady: This is our main casual rank. Ill have my tea with sugar and milk please
Hot: This rank is for members that are geared for raiding with us, and do so from time to time.
Hotter: This is for our regular raiders, and sign and show up for better and for worse !
